Room rates have been locked at $109 per night (plus taxes), the same prices we had when Leprecon Inc. hosted Westercon in 2009. Our block is currently open for reservations. To ensure that you receive our special rate and that we are credited for your room nights, please either book online using the button to the left or call (800) 547-8705 and mention “Westercon 70”.

IMPORTANT: Please be aware that **the amount on your initial booking will not be the amount charged when you check out - you will wind up paying slightly LESS**. When you go to the hotel’s website to book, you’ll be quoted $99 plus a $16.95 hospitality fee per night (plus taxes). However, when you check out, the $16.95 nightly hospitality fee will be discounted to $10 a night, thus equating to our $109 a night quote (again, plus taxes). We sincerely apologize for any confusion that this might raise, but we’re stuck with the quirks of the hotel’s reservation system.
